As you know, The Bar is constantly going through changes. Girls come and go and the hiring process is ongoing. I thought you might be interested in what goes on behind the scenes when looking for that girl to fit the needs of our team and for you as a caller.
It’s not just a hot voice tho that is a key component. I want girls who are eager to please and happy to work with us and YOU. In my ad about hiring, I ask for experienced girls. I look for girls who have done this for a while, who know how to blog and are up to date on kinks and fetishes. Picky as it seems, spelling and grammar are important. It makes reading blogs easier for clients.
On my application, I ask for years in the industry. Zero is the most common response. I ask for a current employer and get things like “Burger Buster”(name changed to protect the innocent). Why have you chosen this industry to apply to? Answer: My boyfriend says I’m hot.
Well, honey, he’s getting laid at night and what do you want him to say, You suck? Well maybe you do but it’s all about perception. Know thy self! Be articulate, be sweet, be funny, be sexy and that can open the door to your phone sex job.
